Shipping Policy

Will I receive an email confirming my order or shipment?

You will receive an email confirming your order and another with tracking information when your order ships. If you don’t find these in your inbox after placing an order, please check your spam folder. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email hello@inotterspace.com. Preorders for products will be shipping in Spring 2023. A shipping notification will be emailed to you once your order is processed and ready to ship.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For in-stock products, orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours. When we have an unusually high volume of orders due to seasonal launches, sales, or holiday closures, it may take a bit longer for your order to ship. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any transit delays or missing packages. For orders to Canada, OtterSpace is not liable for shipments once they leave the U.S. and the customer is responsible for covering any applicable customs/duty fees.
